We would like to congratulate our Immigration Attorney Mark C. Kalish, Esq. for the release of his new book: "Immigration Issues In The Telecom Industry." This book extensively covers matters such as H1-B Transfers, Greencard acquisitions, OPT practices, as well as the relationship between the employee/employer and the USCIS and DHS.  Definitely an important read for those who work directly with immigration related issues within the telcom world.
